• Technical data collected via Facebook Pixel and other analytics tools, such as: website views, pages visited, time spent on site, button clicks, and anonymous or public identifiers in accordance with Meta’s policies.

2. Legal Basis for Processing

Your information is collected and processed on the basis of:

• Your consent to the use of cookies and this Privacy Policy.

• Contractual necessity to provide you with services based on your inquiry.

• As of today, our database does not exceed 10,000 records and is therefore not yet required to be registered with the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority.

• If and when our database reaches the legal threshold, we will register it in compliance with the law.

• Information is retained until you request deletion, subject to statutory record-keeping obligations (e.g., tax laws).

5. Data Transfers Outside Israel

Your information may be processed or stored on servers located outside Israel, including services provided by Google, Make.com, Zapier, and other trusted cloud providers. Such transfers are carried out in accordance with applicable laws and adequate safeguards.

6. No Sale of Data

We will never sell, rent, or exchange your personal information with third parties. Your data is used strictly for internal purposes within Premium Teacher Academy.

Our services are intended for music teachers over the age of 18 only. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we discover that a minor has registered, their data will be deleted immediately and no services will be provided.
